Spin the wheel problem
I spin the wheel 3 times every day and I always get the same thing this happened before but gotten fixed now its been over 4 months and it hasn’t gotten fixed i hope you see this and I reported this before with no response i we’ll report and report until it gets fixed.

Infinite Transitions in process on payment
I am using this app to recharge my credit balance online. In many occasions, this app failed to recharge my credit and shows transaction in process for around 2 or 3 hrs when I try again even from another phone. Your poor service forces us to travel to a nearby branch every time. You provide a critical service which is always failing 50% of the times without giving context about the real problem. Your app tells us to wait for 15 min before trying again but it is always the same result. It is a bad experience to give your users a wrong message and hope. Maybe it is time to switch to another provider who cares about his customers after being a customer here for around 12 years.

The worst customer experience
This is the most disappointing application from a telecom service provider, tried recharging for other more than once and the credit keeps crediting into my post paid account!!!!!!!
It’s just a shame that the customer service couldn’t fix it on the spot by refunding the amount, however a complaint was filed and we have to go through a huge process in order to fix a problem from this application which is full of bugs!!!
