Not as good as expected

First , my adding extension tab for internet buckets disappeared , and I can only see two taps : go mini and extra social without any explanation of what exactly is this bucket benefits
Second , there should be a tab in the app to send your enquiry instead of calling the customer service whom are completely helpless when it comes for the app features and options

One Star because Zero stars is not an option!

My Orange Cash wallet got stolen from an insider employee. The money got transfered to a number while i was sleeping, and this number kept on calling me and threating they will harm me as they got my address from my leaked information from Orange!! I found out there are hundreds of similar cases from a friend who is a policeman, i reported the case to the police station and waiting for the investigation's results and i will port out my line to another provider. Ps: called the customer service = Zero help. Went to the orange store = zero help. The copy pasted response from their side here in the reviews section is ridiculous.

Bad experience

To Orange international.....

Official complain from Egyptian customer

I confirmed now Orange DSL Egypt is the worst internet service provider.

I've been complaining from customers services agent as she kept me for more that 30 minutes on hold to avoid transfer the call to supervisor or even check my home internet connection why is not working from 2 days or even give me a call for creating complaint after their system updates
I have no intention to keep going with them anymore as they got zero in everything “Performance, Attitude “

Supposedly Technical complaint created which I don’t know the reference for it ...
Today July 15
On call for 36 minutes with Mostafa Saaed he refused many times to transfer the call to his supervisor who didn’t even know his name
Still home internet is not working and complain service is not respond
Still didn’t know the complain number
