Not as good as expected
First , my adding extension tab for internet buckets disappeared , and I can only see two taps : go mini and extra social without any explanation of what exactly is this bucket benefits
Second , there should be a tab in the app to send your enquiry instead of calling the customer service whom are completely helpless when it comes for the app features and options

Infinite Transitions in process on payment
I am using this app to recharge my credit balance online. In many occasions, this app failed to recharge my credit and shows transaction in process for around 2 or 3 hrs when I try again even from another phone. Your poor service forces us to travel to a nearby branch every time. You provide a critical service which is always failing 50% of the times without giving context about the real problem. Your app tells us to wait for 15 min before trying again but it is always the same result. It is a bad experience to give your users a wrong message and hope. Maybe it is time to switch to another provider who cares about his customers after being a customer here for around 12 years.

My experience!!
This is the worst app I’ve ever used ..even the service that orange provides for home internet is getting worse ..i only downloaded this app to know the remaining data allowance but now it doesn’t work every time I try to log in the app tells me there is an error!!!! ..and the customer service team doesn’t respond to my calls !! Even now my internet data is running out every month before the end of month and I need to recharge it to extra data my consumption usage for internet isn’t heavy tho ..it is a normal usage c’mon !! Now i have to stuck with these bad services
