Weird UX

The app always opens to the “Get started” onboarding page even if I’m opening it for the 1000th time while already logged in.
Also to view my internet usage I have to slide the middle part of the interface which is not the best experience for someone opening the app just to check this specific value and does not care about their ‘balance‘.
Anyways, they are sort of two banners in the “list” but when you slide too far it does not stop and loops back to the ‘balance’ item instead of stopping at the end of the list, the ‘home internet‘ item which makes you have to focus too much while sliding not to miss the correct entry. Personally I believe it’s a bad experience.

Very Bad App

The app is very bad.. keeps breaking all the time, lots of bugs, not user friendly. I am even righting this review not for them to fix it because they do not care about customer reviews. If they did, they would not have left an app with a 1.9 out of 5 rating.

The service is much more worse than the app. The speed has been down for more than 3 months and I called them more than 20 times. They just keep saying we have escalated the issue and provide you with a complaint number. But they actually never do anything with it 😄

What a terrible company, service and experience. You just have to keep with them because they have monopolized the internet in Egypt and cancelling it will require too many regulations that no one has time for.

The refresh option is not working

When I open the app for the first time it reads the remaining quota correct. But when I swipe down to refresh the usage it is not working unless I close the app permanently or change the number and back again.

Also when I click on the pay fixed voice bill it goes to the default screen while it should go directly to my landline bill or even better it should be viewed on the button itself.
