The app always opens to the “Get started” onboarding page even if I’m opening it for the 1000th time while already logged in.
Also to view my internet usage I have to slide the middle part of the interface which is not the best experience for someone opening the app just to check this specific value and does not care about their ‘balance‘.
Anyways, they are sort of two banners in the “list” but when you slide too far it does not stop and loops back to the ‘balance’ item instead of stopping at the end of the list, the ‘home internet‘ item which makes you have to focus too much while sliding not to miss the correct entry. Personally I believe it’s a bad experience.
An app with no objective!
You had your simple app WE Internet; though not efficient but still served the purpose of handling operations related to the fixed land line internet service. In an irrelevant error description, I was requested to download an ‘update’ which I’ve discovered to be a completely different app! Didn’t end here, but post downloading it I was unable to sign in in the first place using all possible translations to the field named ‘Service Number’. Trials using the landline number/ WE internet account number/ Registered Email all failed. A real pity on this service level in 2019
Good, more room for improvement
I use this app regularly now, it requires some time to get used to, the app can be better for me if:
1- “Get started” page is skipped when opening the app.
2- The swiping experience between internet remaining and credit can be way better.
3- when recharging it will be way helpful to know what’s the actual credit that I will have in my wallet.
4- it will also be helpful to know how much money is needed to renew my subscription instead of having to press on my plan and search for it.
