The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t allowed to got my package for days but the bad attitude of the delivery man. He refused to let me check the order although the company allows this and there is a sign on the package showing that it is allowed. He was about to close the call while I was talking he didn’t want to listen to me. They claim that the delivery time is till 7 pm but the delivery man wanted to deliver it on 9 pm and I already had to move from the place I was in. They were always trying to threaten me that they are going to cancel my order so I had to leave my work to go and get the package. No transparency No professionalism. No good attitude with customer. They treat the customer as they are doing a favor for him.

Have been waiting for my order all day yet nothing i got a messege confirming it was coming today from 10 am to 7 pm yet its now 10:25 and nothing not even a phone call extremely unprofessional do not recommend! This isnt even the first time this happened because ive been scrolling on the reviews seeing this happens all the time also the link that was sent on whatsapp says information and the app says a completely different thing as said before would not recommend!!
