Rabbit: 20 mins delivery ‪٤+‬

I dont usually review apps but this THE delivery app guys. If you are sick of the orange app like I am, Rabbit is going to be the best addition to your life. It’s smooth. Fast. Reliable. The variety is ridiculous as well. I just randomly ordered a Bonsai plant for my mum and got it delivered in 20 minutes 😭?! Not to mention it’s actually very reasonably priced and in good condition?? I am your guys biggest advertiser rn you don’t even have to pay for ads at this point thank you for being practically perfect 💚

This app is more expensive than any other app by at LEAST 10-15% per item which adds up to a considerable difference.
They have constantly been late the past few orders and with items being sent HOURS away from their expiration and heavily damaged during shipping.
Their return process is horrible and you have to wait for 30+ mins for someone to respond in horrible English and dodge questions with generic responses or even not allowing you to text them the issue and only being able to go through their automated bot menu.
Refunds are not immediate and take 24 hours to be resolved.
Had a horrible experience with a cake and that was the last nail in the coffin for me with this app. Use breadfast instead for your peace of mind because they have NEVER taken 3 hours to deliver which rabbit has done several times.

I really liked this app and was my number 1 go to whenever I needed anything also recommended it to everyone I know. Until something happened 2 times continuously, I received the order first time with rotten bread that I almost ate and didn’t look at the small spots on the bread
And the second time ordering more than 10 bottles of milk and by luck I opened the only bottle with a weird bottom that won’t stand in the fridge, to find when opened it’s weird for a reason, it was left in the sun enough to become cheese not milk.
Yes they are the fastest, almost available 24 hours but when it comes to people’s health and lives specially when you have children then A BIG No.
