How can I start using Shahry?

2- Create an account and apply for credit online or in-store.
Online: Fill out the requested information on Shahry app, submit your application and receive your approval within minutes.
In-store: Visit your nearest merchant store to register offline and get instant approval during your visit.
3- After approval, your credit will be available on your app.
4- Congratulations, you can start shopping either online from Shahry app or our partners’ online stores; or offline from partnering merchants’ shops.
How can I buy after I get credit?
You can buy directly from Shahry app, Merchants online websites’ or in-store.
Online: Place your order from Shahry app or choose it as your payment method on our merchants' websites and receive it delivered to your doorstep.
Offline: Buy from our partners’ stores and pay with Shahry app using QR codes.
How do I pay my installments?
You can pay your monthly installments easily through your electronic wallet, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, Aman, Bee, or through your credit/debit card. Fawry, Aman, and Bee are also available through more than 200,000 electronic payment outlets across Egypt.

Worst experience ever
I paid my monthly installment using Etisalat cash the transaction was successful and the money was sent to the shahry merchant id however the application showed that the installment is not paid yet. I sent this complaint to the customer support but they were not helpful. Worst app, worst experience, worst customer support and totally not recommend
