Pls don’t order online
Be careful before ordering online or from application: 1- no customer service at all, no phone, no chat and not replying to emails 2- I ordered and paid for 6 items and 4 are not available, if they’re not available why did you charge me??? 3- I sent more than 6 emails without a reply 4- I’ll contact Dubai consumer right and hopefully they’ll get me my right 5- if u still want to order online, at least choose cash on delivery
The developer now is asking me to contact them to sort out the issue, I already contacted u manyyyyy times and till now my issue is not resolved

Delivery issue
I would like to share my bad experience ordering from your app. I’ve placed an order date of 8/July
Today is 17/July and still there is no even an update for the time to deliver the package. Such issue will make your clients deal only with the prime stores and never go through the app even for hot deals.
Finally they updated that they will refund me amount back due a technical issue. And still the mentioned product there but ( out of sale deal )
