App latest upgrade

I tried to upgrade the App and after the upgrade is successfully installed the App still asking me to update the App, so I removed it and downloaded it again still the same problem is not solved.

Nor helpful neither professional

Worst experience, not very professional and needs a lot of improvement on the process and the Infrastructure ,most of the professional applications have the option of there is a delayed payment, they should consider traveling plans, losing SIM card, forced circumstances that may cause delay in the payment, but stoping me from using the application ever because of 200 pounds is ridiculous which were paid later when I was able to, when I received my SIM card.
You should have the option to check and consider the client’s bank statements and iscore for example , a lot of options that professional applications use.
Customer service representatives didn’t offer to help raising a complaint or raising the concern even to the management, not helpful, not apologetic whatsoever.
I even don’t except you to care about your clients’ review

Bought and paid no interest

I downloaded the app to check where I can use the service, everything worked fine. Now I’m in the 3rd transaction.
