Worst online service ever

Worst online service ever .... due to delay in delivery ... i called customer’s service many times and complained many times and the my have no clue where the order is ... all they know is to apologize and to tell you that one of the online team will contact you , and guess what no one does ..... so i cancelled my order through their website and guess what again .... no cancellation was registered and i had to call the customer’s service to know what is going on and again they have know clue !!!! After 6 days and many many calls they finally told me that the order was cancelled and no one bothered to even know why ..... not recommended at all

No tracking tool - Total mess online shopping tool

No tracking tool included for online orders, place an order and you will suffer to get any info for your order, refer to customer service who will tell you that online shopping dep. will call you and guess what they wont, and then after 2 weeks you will get a call informing you that your item is not available although it still exist on the app !!!!!!! Even when you formally complain no-one will bother to know why you are even complaining. This service by tradeline is a total mess

Please update the app to the latest version, it has the requested order tracking feature added.

Worst service ever

They wanted to take money for things that weren't real and it didn't fix my whole device and when it came back to me it came back with scratches in many places and all this and they talk to me that I have no right and I have to go to the warranty of others I hated all Apple products because of them and because of the disrespectful style
