Basic logical bugs

The app overall is 4/10 comparing with other apps and the content availed to such media channel it should be far better than what I saw, for example
- Next Episode button always enabled regardless there is next or not
- While fast forwarding the seen shown on the bar is different than the actual if the user selected.
- 3 steps to go back to main screen !
- The toolbar keep disappearing and the watcher should restart
- The content is not available unless user subscribed.
- Full screen mode is not fully working once any touch for the screen or or remote control ( TV version)
Please give attention -minimum- to user experience
The only reason for keeping such horrible application and is the exclusivity

The worst app ever

I’m so disappointed with your mobile app, for which I paid a subscription fee. The number of ads I am forced to endure before watching an episode is incredibly frustrating. It takes an astonishing 7 minutes to start an episode due to the excessive ad load. I would rather watch the series on TV, as this app fails to provide a satisfactory viewing experience.

Not only are there 10 repetitive ads before each episode, but there are also 5 or 6 ad breaks throughout, with 5 ads playing during each break. This constant interruption every few minutes makes it impossible to enjoy the episode.

Considering the horrible experience I have had with your app, I will not be renewing my subscription. The excessive ads and lack of consideration for users' viewing experience are simply unacceptable.

I urge you to reevaluate your ad strategy and make improvements to reduce the ad load. Failure to address these issues may result in more users abandoning your app for a better alternative.

This app is extremely insane !!!

How is this a paid app and i pay for subscribtion and then when i want fo watch any episode they get me 10 ads before watching !!! Like how , it takes like 7 minutes to begin the episode ! I better go watch the series on TV. !!! Its usually 5 ads but this time its 10 ads and they are the same ad on loop repeating .. i wont be subscribing when my subscribtion ends because this is an absolutely horrible app. And i want to mention also that there is also 5 or 6 and breaks on the entire episode that every ad break are 5 whole ads so i cant enjoy watching my episode when the ads are popping up every 3 minutes . Horrible !!!!!!
