Non functioning customer service
The customer service on the app is nonfunctional, trying to contact customer service and a message appear something went wrong , with no mechanism to correct bugs , the quest system is full of bugs, you complete the task and the application doesn't read it as completed and you miss your reward , in addition the service lack the option to skip the starting and ending credits while watching movies and series.

Good but not the best
Good app and good content but it doesn’t provide offline watch like the others! Also some voices not working Although it is there! Like Othman, it has Turkey voice but it doesn’t work and you have to listen to the Arabic dubbing
