WE BUS 17+

The buses run very late, the trip from Cairo to nuweiba was supposed to be at 3:00 am and we took off at just a little bit before 4:00 pm. The spare tire in the bus was busted and we drove around to find another causing even more delay. He was supposed to take nekhiel road but took at. Katherine instead saying it was because there is a foreigner on board… we ended up arriving after about 9 hours on the road!! The trip back was even worse. The bus was supposed to be at the pick up location at 6:30, I called the driver at 6:20 to see to get his expected arrival, I thought he would say 10 mins or even 15 mins, but I never would’ve expected him to say at 7:30 or 7:45!!! His justification was that I had an unexpected passenger who will be boarding the bus from a further location and we weren’t even going to find out about this hadn’t we called in!!! No one called saying that the bus is running later than expected or anything of that sort… they have no respect to their customers and they don’t have any sense of time… we wanted to take that bus because supposedly it takes less time, but that wasn’t the case and totally not worth taking such a horrible bus!

My trip going to dahab was at 3:10, the driver showed up at 3:40 and we have waited for more than 30 mins because they asked to be there before 3:00 and with my trip going back from dahab to cairo, i had an incident in my chalet that resulted in me being late to the trip, so i called before my time to cancel it and refund my money but they refused saying that i should inform them before the trip time by 4 hours, so if you came across an ugly situation you should inform them before the situation even happens which is the dumbest thing i have ever heard because emergencies doesn’t have time and they were very very stupid.
They have zero respect to their clients, because they didn’t cancel my trip or refund me and neither made the driver wait for 15 mins like I waited when i was travelling to dahab for more than half an hour. So in order to resolve my matter alone without their help i took a ride after solving the chalet incident and ride for more than 50 kilos to catch the uncanceled trip on the road, this costed me around 300 EGP, this was the worst experience ever and I don’t advise anyone to use we bus at all.

The app is not recommended at all. They change their timing, seats and EVEN the location you book. And the customer service team is disrespectful and make it seem as if it’s your fault! Even ifyou did the booking over the phone the agent does whatever he pleases. Don’t use it because you will end up paying double to move from on point to another because they WILL screw up your booking.
