Performance fluctuations
I am leaving below my old rating comments in order for whoever is overseeing the performance to compare !
Firstly response time of the app has been slightly improved, but then suddenly the performance starts to fluctuate, varying between being unable to login with my facial ID and/ or waiting for ages to log in or logging in the middle of no where there’s no policies nor the page is responding
I took me like half an hour trying to retrieve info of policies logging in a dozen of time in vain
Idk what is happening are you asking for reviews to improve your rendered services or making it worse?
Please do your needful and fix your app bugs more faster than your actual pace
A minute could be vital in decision making especially with the type of business we are in here
First of all, I would to thank the support team for their prompt response on my last remark.
The app since then is consistently working
My only comment- only for aiming for the best 🙂- is the response time to any action is a bit slow it could be improved
Meaning:
- logging in is taking btw 2-5 seconds
- same goes for choosing products & trying to access policies
I think- humbly - it could be improved

Very bad experience with renewals every year
If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give it. ’ve had the worst experience with AXA during the renewal process and it is the same every year. The application doesn’t work and doesn’t show that the policy has been renewed. When I complained, customer service through the hotline informed me that it takes 5 days for the application to reflect the renewal. When I asked them what if I needed to go to the hospital, they told me that it would be updated on the app in about 5 days and that I should wait. I waited and complained more than 5 times and asked to speak to a manager, but nobody bothered to call. Only when I reached out to AXA Global did someone solve my problem and someone reached out to apologize. The application worked about 2 weeks after the renewal. In addition we no longer have an account manager that we can turn to when we have any issues so there is nobody that you can speak to to solve any issues or answer any questions or concerns.
The worst experience of medical insurance in Egypt
The customer service/ Complaining teams are unprofessional and don’t have a solution for what they did.
Ex: i paid for an insurance policy for my daughter (new born baby) and they mentioned after payment that there is no more cards and everything will be via QR codes and applications, to create an account for my daughter they want her mobile phone and email and neither mine nor her mother can put ours, we have to buy a new mobile dual sim cards or buy a new mobile for the baby!!!! This is the CS way to solve the problem.
I can’t get my money back and can’t do claims.
This is totally mess and when you ask for escalation, they answer that you can come to the office, but the answer will be the same.
