The worst experience of medical insurance in Egypt
The customer service/ Complaining teams are unprofessional and don’t have a solution for what they did.
Ex: i paid for an insurance policy for my daughter (new born baby) and they mentioned after payment that there is no more cards and everything will be via QR codes and applications, to create an account for my daughter they want her mobile phone and email and neither mine nor her mother can put ours, we have to buy a new mobile dual sim cards or buy a new mobile for the baby!!!! This is the CS way to solve the problem.
I can’t get my money back and can’t do claims.
This is totally mess and when you ask for escalation, they answer that you can come to the office, but the answer will be the same.
The worst service ever
I went with my daughter to dar el fouad and she was dehydrated 3rd level because of vomitting 3 days consecutive and the hospital refused to make us leave and when they send the request to them they replied that no need be in the hospital and can take medication at home.
I.e the hospital mentioned that she took medication 3 days ago and the home medication will do nothing because of the unknown reason of vomitting and the dehydration
Reporting Bugs
The app is good, however there are some bugs I have founded:
1- scroll not working in profile page, mobile number not appear
2- how to change the mobile number for my account?
3- In the map when I try to search about medical clinic centers, the address not appear, while other categories are working fine (I didn’t try all of them) you need to recheck all categories.
