• Service Requests: Request several services like Medical Approvals & Chronic Medications.
• Benefits: Preview your current policy benefits.

Global Health Insurance:

Poor user experience

- The search function and the filter are difficult to use.
- Errors received when trying to file a an approval request or a complaint using the App.

I signed up with a wrong email, any change I can change it to my correct email account.

Application isaue

The application is not working giving error , you are offline please check your internet connection while i tried to uninstall and re-install the app and tried different source of connections yet the problem still exist while my internet connection working normally with all apps and browsers
