Bad experience with last update
I’m always using your app , i thought last update would be helpful but now everytime i try to login it keeps telling me your password contain special characters try to login from website , while it’s mandatory to input special characters in your password, if you could help i can’t login since yesterday.
App is always down
Always it shows that no account found and no credit card found due to an error on the system and I have to log out and then log in many times so that the app can work again
Very bad bank
Worst service in everything, customer service, internet banking, branches. Waiting time when you call the call center is around one hour and this is since years, they aren’t trying even to solve the problem.
Internet banking transfers take long time to be processed even if from QNB to QNB it takes more than a day!!, its very weird.
If you want w stamped statement from the branch they keep you wait for more than an hour till they send to the main branch and take its approval first, they are really very bad bank!
