App needs a refresh

I love ADCB, in my opinion is probably the best bank in the UAE, however the app leaves a lot to be desired, this app needs a refresh so it can truly be as good as the bank itself.

I love ADCB, in my opinion is probably the best bank in the UAE, however the app leaves a lot to be desired, this app needs a refresh so it can truly be as good as the bank itself.

Disappointing

I moved to this bank expecting smoother experience. However, it’s very disturbing and annoying. If I want to apply for something, it keeps me in a vicious loop of “resume application/delete application”. It never ends. I tried all the options and I remain in the same loop. I canceled my credit cards and I still see them in my account active. The app is very annoying

I moved to this bank expecting smoother experience. However, it’s very disturbing and annoying. If I want to apply for something, it keeps me in a vicious loop of “resume application/delete application”. It never ends. I tried all the options and I remain in the same loop. The early adoption of technology has big drawbacks, the facial recognition fails more often than acceptable. And when you request to switch, it takes hours, and after a few days you are forced to use the face recognition again. A frustrated user.
