Atención al cliente lamentable
Buenas os pongo este comentario aqui porque en instagram lo habéis borrado (aunque luego lo volveré a poner no os preocupéis). El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo, no solamente la gente que te contesta es maleducada sino que, además, para que te contesten te puedes pasar tranquilamente una hora o llamar una media de 5 veces antes de que contesten al teléfono. Si tienes una urgencia, la chica que te contesta, se encarga de calificar tu urgencia de urgencia o no y, si a ella se lo parece, decide ayudarte o no, un cachondeo vamos. Sigo usando la aplicación porque la gente que la usa es buena gente, al final sacas dinero y la experiencia con los clientes es buena. Sin embargo, recomiendo a la gente usar getaround, son bastante más serios a la hora de atender los problemas.
