Amanda Villarreal is known as a health and wellness ambassador, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Expert, Nutritionist, Motivator.
Most people do not realize that she struggles daily with a very rare circulatory/vascular condition called KTS (Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome).
Despite what doctors have told her, she made the choice at a young age to be an advocate for her health. She has turned her pain into passion and got her degree in Corporate Fitness & Wellness. She has numerous speciality certifications. Along with her professional accomplishments she and her husband have been able to raise 5 amazing kids. Amanda was always told that having kids was very risky due to potential blood clotting issues. She never uses her condition as an excuse and instead, she uses it to make a bigger impact on others.
