Reading in print or on an ebook? Search now shows how many pages a book has instead of who narrates it, and so does each book's page. The bookshelf widget can always show All Books, even before you've sorted anything into shelves. Onboarding is smoother, the right edition turns up more often when you add a book, and lots of small things are fixed along the way. Got an idea or found a bug? Send it straight to me from the You tab. I read every one.

Your bookshelf, on your Home Screen. The bookshelf widget now shows your shelf exactly the way you arranged it: the same books in the same order, every pile, every leaning book, every plant. Rearrange a shelf and the widget catches up in a moment. Put any shelf on your Home Screen: To Be Read, Finished, All Books, or any collection you have made. Tap the widget to go straight to that shelf. Got an idea or found a bug? Send it straight to me from the You tab. I read every one.

Track print books and ebooks by page. Say which page you're on and Booktrace counts the pages down, on the book, on Home and on your widget. Page counts fill in by themselves, and come along from a Goodreads import. Finished books show the pages you read, and you can set a pages goal. Got an idea or found a bug? Send it straight to me from the You tab. I read every one.

Scan a whole shelf in one photo. Point your camera at a row of books, tap once, and every spine flies onto your bookshelf. Your bookshelf now has its own spot on Home, and the Home Screen widget shows a full shelf from day one. Got an idea or found a bug? Send it straight to me from the You tab. I read every one.

A friendlier start: onboarding now shows your library, your year and your reading map, and picking your first book is instant. New subscribers get a short tour of the bookshelf, adding books, and switching views. Bring your Goodreads or Libby history over in one tap from Library, and a new shelf comes with a few decorations to start. Got an idea or found a bug? Send it straight to me from the You tab. I read every one.

Scan a whole shelf in one pass, and pick which shelf your home-screen widget shows. The spine scanner holds a steadier lock on a row of books or a stack. The bookshelf widget is brighter, shows spines at the small size, and stays on screen. Twenty classics, from Jane Eyre to Dracula, now arrive with their real spines, and shelf ornaments can be resized as you place them.

Booktrace now tracks print books and ebooks alongside audiobooks. Pick a format when you add a book; sessions log your minutes and you set how far you've got. New: your bookshelf. Photograph the spine of a real book and it stands on a shelf in the app. Lean it, stack it, arrange it, and decorate the shelf. Plus copy that says "reading" where it means it, and fixes for imports and session logging.

Explore your library as a cover stack, organize your collections, and see your listening history in a calendar of book covers. New listening maps let you revisit the routes and places where you listened, with notes along the way. This update also improves session reliability and Live Activity controls.

Booktrace 1.1 adds Want to Read, richer listening streaks and goals, a redesigned stats calendar, ratings and share cards when you finish, faster notes, and more reliable sessions and Live Activities.
