This release introduces Find My Colleague, a new feature that helps you locate a colleague’s desk when they choose to share their desk booking. We’ve also enhanced the Map experience to support desk bookings for future dates, making planning ahead easier. Additional navigation improvements deliver a smoother and more intuitive app experience.

This release brings a cleaner, more consistent app experience. We’ve refined the login process for smoother. Email now auto-fills to save time. We’ve also fixed minor issues and improved instructions to enhance overall performance.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance your desk reservation experience: • Smarter Desk Insights: You can now see more details when reserving desks, including shared location info to help you coordinate better with your team. • Cleaner Interface: We removed grayed-out areas that didn’t offer any value or actions—making the app more intuitive and focused. • In addition, we resolved an issue where the wrong building name appeared on the map. • We’ve also strengthened app security to keep your data even safer. • Update now for a smoother, smarter workspace experience!

• We introduced Who Is Sitting There feature. Users can now choose to share their desk reservation details and view colleagues' desk locations on the map, all with consent! We made some improvements to show more accurate and timely updates for bookable resources when switching between floors.  • We resolved an issue preventing users from adding or deleting conferencing information in their profile section.  • And we fixed the app to apply filters correctly to available desks in the booking flow for a smoother experience.

We have enhanced the app's intuitiveness by cleaning up a few screens. Say goodbye to confusion and hello to a more user-friendly interface. We have also fixed several minor defects, including an issue where the desk area filter failed to properly display desks from desk areas.

• Resolved a crash issue specific to iOS 18 when creating a Service Request.

We introduced a Desk Area filter that will save users time by narrowing their desk searches to specific desk areas. In addition, we enhanced the app to display user’s reservations more prominently. Lastly, we fixed issue where the app didn’t display all available filters for some users.

To allow user to easily find his/her own desk on the map, we enhanced the app to display a star with desks reserved by user.  In addition, the desk area feature will now display quantity of available desks for desk areas and allow user in the desk booking flow to filter available desks based on desk areas.  Lastly, we made some changes that will prompt users to upgrade the app to the latest version.

We made several UI and verbiage changes that will foster easier understanding of availability of resources on the map. In addition, we addressed the issue where the app crashed for some users when claiming lockers.

We implemented an enhancement that significantly improved availability of Point of Interest in search. We have also addressed some issues where time slider on calendar didn't correspond to correct times. Lastly, we fixed several issues related to scheduling and cancelling reservations.

Fixed issue where users were unable to see their location, the blue dot, after submitting service requests. Fixed issue where users lost directions drawn on the map upon tapping on the map.

• Made behind the scenes changes to the map coloration logic that standardizes user experience across platforms. • Enhanced the language of the legend to provide additional clarity around availability of such resources as rooms and desks. • Enhanced the language in the reservation flow to inform users about booking confirmation via email. • Enhanced the app to display amenities more prominently by displaying those in red circles. • Enhanced the app to inform users that sharing one's location works only inside buildings. • Fixed issue where users were missing Teleconferencing links in events. • Fixed issue where users didn't see most recently created services requests at the top of the list.

Introduced Multi-room booking to allow users to view meetings with more than one reserved room. Fixed issue where some users were able to view expired events by clicking on deeplinks. Fixed issue where some users were directed to wrong buildings to view content by clicking on deeplinks. Fixed issue where some users were unable to get directions when clicking on get directions in reservations. Fixed issue where F&B didn't display for some users in the Action Menu.

• Introduced Teleconferencing enhancements, including teleconference editing and default functionalities. • You can now open articles, classes and events Universal Links. • Fixed issue where changing filters to desk would not reflect user's choice on the map for some clients.
