Paperless meetings with iBabs A meeting is more than just a discussion. After making an appointment, the organizing, mailing, printing and reading of the required documents often take longer than the actual meeting itself. iBabs makes everything more efficient. With years of experience in the administrative decision-making processes we know exactly what you need. The solution is a simple app which makes your meetings simpler, more substantive and more environmentally friendly. The only thing you need is a tablet or laptop and internet. Simple to plan iBabs provides users with a conveniently arranged, automated organizer which fits perfectly with the agenda of the user’s current mail system. Meetings taking place at the same venue and time, only need to be entered once; and the data can be reused again. Documents can be linked at any time to the required agenda and are automatically converted to PDF format. Subsequently, access to these documents can be restricted to authorized users only.
