I can’t connect my B&O S3 speakers to the app.. any help please?

Respuesta del desarrollador
Hi there,We're sorry to hear that you are unable to connect your S3 with the Bang & Olufsen app. Please try the steps below to reset your S3 as well as your connection with them:- Delete any previous pairings on your phone in the Bluetooth settings and the Bang & Olufsen app- Uninstall the Bang & Olufsen app- Turn your phone off - Press and hold the B&O and Volume(-) buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The LED should then become red then switch off- Turn your phone back on then reinstall the app- Do not open the B&O app yet - Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone - Power on S3. If the LED is not flashing Blue press and hold the B&O button for 2-3 sec.- Select your S3 on the screen of your phone to connect - Play music to test- Open the Bang & Olufsen app and add your SpeakerWe hope that this helps. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach us through https://bang-olufsen.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.Regards,Bang & Olufsen Support
