BRAVE: Get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable. Increase your "power-endurance" in an equally balanced workout between power and stamina, aimed to let you reach the apex of your phisical and mental toughness.
FAST: Don’t loose the pace. Fast is a specific speed training, short but intense drills dedicated to the improvements of speed and agility movements.
MIGHTY: Are you tough enough. Heighten your Power with an explosive training centered around weightlifting and inspired by some of the toughest sports on earth.
CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
SKILLATHLETIC format is made up by programs designed to be performed in group classes, in an exclusive multitasking environment and with a certified Technogym trainer. Each class, proposed daily in the SKILLATHLETIC Studio, develops the skills of a specific Pillar (Power, Agility, Stamina, Speed). The equipment used are from SKILL LINE, the Technogym line dedicated to sport performance.

With the SKILLATHETIC App you will start an immersive and complete training experience, from class booking to results tracking.
- Check the workouts of the day created by Technogym and book your class in your Studio.
• Cofirm your attendance connecting your heart rate band before the class starts.
• Check your results: every class has its score, your score will increase as you participate in more classes.- Reach your goals and collect Pillar points.
