Hello everyone! Special thanks to those who wrote in recently with feature requests and bug reports. Today's update addresses a few of these requests: 1. We've added support for iOS 18's new Dark App Icon feature! This feature appears to be disabled by default (at least it was on our devices), so you'll need to enable it via the Home Screen before you can see the new dark icon, but it's there! Special thanks to Santiago C. and Ιωάννης for the requests. 2. We've updated the "recalculate metrics when opening the app after being closed for a while" feature we added in the last update to recalculate after an hour instead of attempting to detect a change from one day to another. This all but guarantees the metrics will always be correct no matter when you use the app. Special thanks to Ιωάννης for continued reports. Hopefully we got it this time! 3. We've update the in-app purchase system to use Apple's new StoreKit 2 system which makes purchasing, restoring previous purchases, sharing purchases, etc. far more reliable now and in the future. Unfortunately this required us to raise the minimum iOS version to iOS 15 as StoreKit 2 is unavailable on earlier versions. People on iOS 14 and below will still be able to use the previous version(s) of OB Tracker, but they will no longer receive app updates or get new features. Thank you for understanding. Hello everyone! Today's update is a small bug fix which ensures all calculations are updated when you move from one day to the next. During initial development we completely forgot that modern iPhones can sometimes keep apps running in the background over multiple days, leading the app to show incorrect calculations when you moved from one day to the next without restarting the app. The app now detects such transitions and automatically recalculates all metrics. A big thanks to everyone who wrote in with feedback over the last few months! Today's update brings some new features to make the app easier to use, as well as some under-the-hood improvements to keep things running smoothly on iOS 17. Let's discuss! - We've made a number of improvements to the Patient Archive which should make it more intuitive and reduce the chances of losing data. To start we removed the "auto-clear" feature which automatically deleted patients which had been archived for a specific number of time. Your archived patients will now remain safe-and-sound in the Patient Archive until you decide to delete them. We've also updated search feature to handle any number of patients, both active and archived, so you can find any archived patient no matter how old they are! Special thanks to Shanna O. and Mari S. for help with this. - Next we added more options to the Auto-Archive feature. You can now have patients automatically archived after 2 years, 5 years, or Never! Selecting the Never option will keep your patients in the active list until you manually archive them. Special thanks to Spyridon M. for help with this one. - We've added a few new fields to the Additional Info section on patients. You can now add an "Address" which can be opened in the Maps app, as well as a "Partner/Support" field which can be used to record a patient's partner or support contact. Special thanks to Kaëlla and Ashley R. for help with these. - Lastly we've added a new set of "Visible in Summary" options to the patient list, allowing you to choose what information is shown in the main list.
