DoGetGo, offers two distinctive but intertwined interfaces for the rider AND the driver.
As a Driver, DoGetGo helps you set up your account - equipped with your name, bio, type of car and location. You also have the option to toggle between being online or offline - helping you control your working hours seamlessly. If you choose to be online, you can view and adjust your location on the map, as well as know your queue position to be prepared to accept a new ride request.
Once a rider puts out a request for a ride, you will receive an intimation to Accept or Reject. Every request showcases details like the pickup location, drop-off location, distance and time between pickup and drop-off, and the best possible route map as per Google Maps. The incoming notification lasts for 60 seconds before you can choose to accept or reject it. If unanswered, the request is transferred to the next driver in queue.
Once accepted, you have easy access to the Rider with the option to call or chat and coordinate further. DoGetGo also equips you with the Google Map to guide you first to the pickup location, and then to the drop-off location.
Once you have arrived at the pickup location, notify the rider to receive the OTP to enter into your DoGetGo Partner app. Once you Start the trip, you can choose between a Google map or Waze map to guide you to the drop-off location, as well as inform you with the distance and time it will take to get there.
Once you Complete the ride, you’ll get to the see the ride amount that you’ve earned for the trip.
Here comes the best feature and our bragging rights about the only Ride service in the world that transfers the driver’s compensation directly into their DoGetGo Debit Card instantaneously. You can use this Card with your hard earned money anywhere that accepts a Debit Card.

2. You have access to a Wallet screen where you can view your latest ride transactions deposited into your DoGetGo Debit card.
3. Our Portal Screen helps you see all the Booking Statistics for Today and the Previous Dates with info like Your Acceptance Rate in %, Total Online Time, Total Earnings, and Average Rating from the Customer.
