Completely disastrous!

App doesn't work. Support ceases to reply to the messages even there are newer problems they do not fix. Heavy interaction required from customers without fix, nor replying to the emails. They do not reply in any of the available means and no phone. Completely unreliable, new updates which doesn't work. Months and months of futile contact with support. They wanted a WhatsApp call, committed to two different dates and times (they working hours in Asia) and surprise, surprise... No one showed up!
