Apple Watch

Mini Chess is a simplified, modern variant of the classic Chess. Played on a 5 x 5 board, with fewer pieces (one rook, knight and bishop and 5 pawns), each game can be played in minutes. Castling and pawn double-move are not allowed. Players have the option to face off against AI with 3 levels of difficulty. The game combines the fun and convenience of other play-while-you-wait games with intellectual stimulation of real Chess and is also a great way to introduce kids to the basics of Chess. This fast paced game is a perfect take on the timeless classic for our fast paced world.

Es una app para lo que es, para tener un mini ajedrez en el Apple Watch y poder echar de vez en cuando alguna partida. A mini me ha gustado y puedo recomendarlo.

Yes, the game works but it can be improved a lot:- First, the crown is not used at all.- There’s no preview for possible movements when you select a piece. - You can only be whites. - the 3D Touch/force touch should be the main menu. And if you really want to have undo, put it in the top, not the bottom. - there’s no timer nor extra types of gameplay excepting regular match.- expert has the same ai than mid. Dunno why there are 2 levels.- no tutorials nor menu, nor ui.
