Truly the best option ever for training! I don’t have to worry about anything anymore, I joined the Ascend team with coach Aria and simply follow the plan she gives us for each week. I love being guided in my earphones through each exercise :)🔥It’s a SUPER complete app: You have a group chat with everyone on the team including the coach, who is invested in giving us guidance on training, nutrition and recovery, as well as answering whatever questions we may have; you can even send a recording of an exercise to get tips on your form. The community is amazing and everyone is helpful and supportive. I also love the nutrition part of the app. All in all, everything about it is just so well made and thought out, and the Ladder team is always present and ready to help.Just try it out, you will LOVE it no matter if you’ve been training for years or if you’re a total beginner 🩵
