The Nutrition and Diet Center was founded in Lebanon in 1990, a pioneer in promoting a healthier diet and lifestyle, by providing balanced nutrition and calorie controlled meals.

In 1996 the first Diet Center was launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the franchise of the popular AL Munajem.
