A combination of cardio, strength and skill – boxing uses every single muscle in your body. We’ll get you in the zone, and keep you there – from your first warm up to your last HIIT.
We believe in the power of trainer-led studio fitness. At our sessions, you’ll be pushing past your limits with other Hustlers. As their energy rises, so will yours. You’ll hone your workout because our top trainers are right there with you. It’s a collective force with the feeling of one-on-one attention.
As you walk through the front door our friendly staff will greet you, check you in and give you your starting spot on the floor or bags. Stash your gear in our lockers and pick up a fresh workout towel on us.
Once inside the studio grab your space and get ready for 50 minutes of exertainment.
With custom beats by Australia’s finest producers, you’ll be working our Aqua Bags and truly owning your space. You’ll be swapping over between the bag and floor like a total boss and every single move you’ll see on the big screen so you’ll never get lost.
Our day-spa inspired bathrooms are stocked with all your essential pampering needs. Fluffy scented towels and hot showers are waiting for you when you’re done.
