Here’s what we do: first choose between delivery and Pick-Up to fit food ordering seamlessly into your schedule. Pick-Up is simple -- you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready. No more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, our couriers will bring the food you've been lusting after right to your door. Dreams really do come true.
HOW IT WORKS
First, enter your address (home/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier bring it to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time. Then you eat. Food goals.

1. Blocking my phone number without me ever used foodora. Without it you can’t continue. 2. It’s impossible to reach suppprt. Just loading for 30’min. Doesn’t work on web at all for Sweden. 3. The app stopped working in total. 4. When reaching support, the chats keeps being closed down. 5. The messages are so automated and doesn’t respond to messages properly, it looks like AI. 6. Developer response telling me to contact support when my whole review is about how it’s not possible 😂
Poor handling of duplicate orders

I had a very frustrating experience with Foodora. After placing an order, the app did not clearly confirm that the payment and order had gone through, so I believed it had failed and placed the same order again.A few minutes later I realised that two identical orders had been created. I tried to cancel one immediately, but the app did not allow me to do so.I contacted customer support and explained everything, including screenshots showing the two identical orders placed only 10 minutes apart. Foodora acknowledged that I placed the second order because I thought the first one had not gone through, but still refused to refund the duplicate order simply because both were delivered.The duplicate order cost me 961 NOK.What is most disappointing is that they focused only on the fact that both orders were processed, instead of addressing the actual problem: the app did not give me a clear confirmation after the first order and I had no way to cancel the duplicate once I noticed it.Very disappointing customer service and a poor user experience.

Se equivocan con el pedido y no hay agentes disponibles asi que voy a reclamar al restaurante y ellos amablemente me hacen el pedido que yo si pedi, despues de andar 3 kilometros hasta el restaurante. Al dia siguiente reclamo por su aplicacion cuando si hay agentes, el primero me dice que no puede hacer nada y cierra el chat y el segundo dice que lo entiende y que como yo al final si recibi mi pedido no puede hacer nada. Yo recibi mi pedido porque yo fui a buscarlo, pague a esta gente para que me lo trajeran e hicieron mal su trabajo y cuando pedi ayuda no hicieron NADA. Vuestro servicio y ayuda al cliente es una basura, desde ahora usare otras plataformas que funcionan mejor.
