Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your subscription by going to the Account Settings after purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of your subscription and will renew at €19.99/£19.99/$19.99 for an additional year for all subscriptions

We've made the change to subscription due to our ever increasing level of coverage & data available to users. We are always trying to improve the service we provide & that can't be got anywhere else on one sole platform so we feel it's a small annual fee to pay for access to an unrivalled service.Thank you for your feedback & hope we have answered your question
