Constant crashing

IPhone 15 user here. Using the app for the last 2 months. It crashes almost 1/3 of times, maybe specially when filling in +3 emotions or +3 triggers.Still trying to ascertain for goodthe added value of stats; hope to be able to return to this review to update it

Useful and nice app

The app design is very nice, it’s calming and easy to use. I like that they’ve organized the “add mood” section in a way that it’s easy to summarize in terms of emotions and triggers. It would be useful to be able to add others that aren’t currently available (for both categories) so it can be a more accurate representation of what one is feeling. I’m not a fan of the “stats” section. I think it can be improved, maybe more color (on the pie chart) and a more general view with the option of tapping in to see more specific information specific to the mood. Also, weekly or monthly wrap up of the stats would be nice, like “this month you were…” with the same info. In general, I’m using the app every day and it’s been useful. I’ve tried in the past to do this with pen and paper but it’s not easy for me, and eventually would stress me. Having the app to remind me and being able to not have to remember it by myself makes it super easy.
