You will be billed for the subscription renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period with the renewal fee.

Ayer noche inicié una prueba de tres días gratuita APP que aparecía en la app y hoy me doy cuenta que me lo han cobrado. Sin esperar los tres días. (Cancelé la suscripción a los 10 min). Voy a denunciar a la empresa.

No funciona! He pagado la cuota anual porqué prometen minutos ilimitados. De una sesión de 90 minutos grabaron solo 25 min de los cuales escribieron los primeros 2 minutos y nada más se puede hacer. Si intentas poner una nota de voz ya grabada, se apaga la app y desaparece. Una estafa en toda regla. 39,90€ tirados a la basura!! Devolverme el dinero, por favor. Sería lo mínimo que debéis hacer. Como puedo pedir la devolución? No quiero este servicio.
