ISD stands for Intelligence Self Diagnostics, a program that analyzes system status, failures that have already occurred by unit, intelligently checks diagnosis of possible future failures, and provides appropriate measures. - ISD consists of several components, among which ISD-Engine collects and analyzes stores the necessary information of system, USB, BC, and SP/EP in real time in the background, and VDM checks the system status, possible future failures by unit, and the cause of the failure, and provides appropriate measures. - When a failure occurs in the field, the app displays not only the failure code corresponding to the current failure location, but also the part that caused the failure and the action contents so that anyone can easily troubleshoot and prevent the failure regardless of the difference in technical skills by testers. - Send ISD log files to developers for failures that cannot be fixed in the field, and use ISD-Log Analyzer to analyze system, USB, BC and SP/EP logs together to quickly find the cause of the failure and provide feedback on how to fix it.
