Track your fitness progress and earn rank with the EYS APP. Our military inspired gamification rank structure will keep you feeling inspired through your fitness journey. The EYS community is driven by physical activity, fitness and wellbeing. Our unique system of performance points rewards effort over ability, allowing you to workout at your own pace. The EYS app works with all ANT+ and Bluetooth chest and arm-based heart rate sensors while in our studios to provide accurate and engaging cardio frequency-based effort tracking and monitor individual training sessions. The EYS app provides real-time information on your workout and training session so that you can conveniently adjust your effort to suit your training goals, such as tracking your actual heart rate, HR training zone split, duration, or calories burned. The EYS app automatically synchronizes each new training session you complete in our studios with your EYS account to provide a complete overview of your progress with daily and weekly reports as well as an accurate and detailed analysis of all your workouts. EYS Rank The EYS a rank structure is specifically developed to keep you engaged and progressing at a sustainable pace. Your promotion of rank is based on earning a set number of UPPs (performance points) each month. Much like military rank, our stripes are never given, they are earned! EYS Challenges The EYS APP also allows you to earn other awards for achieving club challenges. Challenges are developed to reward consistency, motivate you to try something new, and inspire friendly competition between individuals and between EYS studios. EYS Studio Leaderboard Are you a competitive individual? Take a look at your standing for sessions, calories, UPPs (performance points), and more! Find your friends and see how they are doing month by month. Integrations The EYS app is available for Apple Watch (watchOS 8.7 or greater). The EYS app receives heart rate data through Apple Health when using the Apple Watch. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
