How It Works: Scanning (Requires Assistance): Due to the nature of facial scanning, you will need another person to help capture the 3D data. The assistant will use your device to slowly move around your face, capturing images and depth information according to the in-app guidance. 3D Model Creation: The app processes the captured data to generate a textured 3D model (.usdz format) of your face. Calibration: Before measuring, the app needs calibration using your pupillary distance (PD). You can obtain this using the app's TrueDepth camera feature (requires Face ID capable device), an on-screen ruler tool, or by manually entering a known value.
