I’ve really been enjoying this app. It’s helping me daily log my meals and help me keep track of my water intake and fibro intake which was a very high concern of mine and makes me feel more confident about the day that I have to do my dosage.The literal only inconvenience that I would say is that as a European user more specifically from Spain it is not so easy to find foods by just scanning that front label. I need to scan the nutritional label as in Europe we have different rules and regulations luckily the app does manage to with a simple picture of the label is in good condition conditions scan everything and register and I was able to change everything into grams millilitres and kilograms and it is fantastic. The only thing I would say sometimes it takes a long time to log my exercise from my health app even though I have all permissions it tends to log my steps but not exercise but that is not a problem for me as a user currently.Only know I would say yes it is a investment but so is our health. I managed to get it for just under $25 for a whole year and I’m already enjoying it. They’re integrated. AI has also helped me with recipes to find ways to build more protein and get more fibre with ingredients that I do have readily available and if I tell the AI chat what items I do not want to eat or do not have available to me it will find replacements. It is true. The AI assistant chat is still in its beta stage, but I am already surprised with how well it is going.
