This update contains some small quality of life improvements to make your experience more perfect.

This update is all about improving your quality of life, and adding new airports: • Pull down on the home feed to search • Follow an aircraft right from the search page • Optionally disable automatic map movements • Faster aircraft audio updates • Your subscription follows you more seamlessly across devices We also fixed an issue where live ATC audio would spontaneously play in vehicle infotainment systems. MAJOR UPDATE: EXPLORE MODE Explore mode puts you in control of your ATC experience. Tap on the map to move around, or tap on an aircraft to follow it. Following an aircraft means you’ll always be tuned to the right channel, even as the aircraft is handed off to a new controller. + AutoSwitch Stay on the right channel for the aircraft you’re following, automatically — it’s handled for you. + Flight Summaries Stay up-to-date on the aircraft you’re following with a short, one-sentence summary of what the pilots are discussing with the controllers. + Flight Information See origin, destination, speed, and altitude for a flight. + Quick Transcript Access View an aircraft’s historical audio transmissions with a tap. A few small updates to improve the app!

We’ve updated the home feed! Now you can easily see the most popular and busy airports to listen to live, with notes on what’s happening now. Further down the feed, you can now find funny events, sorted in their own “Banter” section. By popular request, you can now share events with your friends. If your friend has the ATC app, they can view the event in the app. If they don’t have ATC yet, they’ll be able to download it easily. You’ll also see rain and snow effects on the map at airports experiencing bad weather. (If realism isn’t your thing, you can always turn this off in map settings.) Aircraft Search (Beta) is here! AIRCRAFT SEARCH Search for your favorite aircraft to find out which frequency it’s on, or to listen to its historical communications. Try searching by callsign (such as DAL785), or for a registration number (such as N535DN) to scroll back in time. This feature is still experimental, so we’d love your feedback. EVENT SEARCH Now you can search for an event you're looking for in plain english. It's smart enough to know which event you're talking about. GLOBAL AIRPORT SEARCH Preparing for our expanding network, we now support global airport search for the largest non-US airports. NEW AIRPORTS • IAH - Houston’s biggest airport • PHX - “America's Friendliest Airport” • MKE - Milwaukee • CXO - Conroe, TX is back OTHER UPDATES • Live transcripts animate more smoothly • Stability improvements to the map • Regional updates for international users • A few other fixes not worth mentioning here

ATC just got better! BOOKMARKS Now you can bookmark interesting events or recordings to save them for later. You have the option to give each bookmark a custom title, or you can use the default one.
