Pack Planner – the family hub for your shared calendar and lists
No more notes on the fridge and ten group chats. Pack Planner puts your family's appointments, groceries, chores and meal plan in one place – and everyone sees changes instantly.
MADE FOR REAL FAMILIES
Nuclear family, blended family, co-parents across two homes or grandma as part of the team: you can belong to several families ("packs") and switch between them with one tap. Kids get their own profiles and colors – no phone required.
SHARED FAMILY CALENDAR
Appointments for everyone or for individual family members, color-coded. Swipe between days and months. Subscribe to school, daycare or sports club calendars via iCal link. With Premium you also sync Google Calendar.
TODAY AT A GLANCE
Every morning the home screen shows what's on today: appointments, due and overdue chores, and the weather including the UV index and when to put on sunscreen. Switch to "only mine" to see just what concerns you.
REAL-TIME GROCERY LIST
Add what's missing in seconds – whoever is at the store sees it right away. Check it off and everyone knows.
CHORE CHART & TASKS
Turn chores into a chore chart for the whole family: assign tasks to adults and kids, set due dates and get push reminders.
MEAL PLANNER & RECIPES
Plan the week, import recipes by link from your favorite site and move the ingredients to the grocery list with one tap.
WISHLISTS & GIFT LISTS
Birthday and holiday wishes in one place – shareable by link with relatives who don't even have the app.
DOCUMENT VAULT
Vaccination records, certificates and emergency contacts, encrypted with a password only your family knows. Five documents are free, unlimited with Premium.
WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
No reception at the store or in the basement? What you loaded last stays visible, and you can keep checking off and adding to the shopping list and chores – changes sync as soon as you are back online.
START FOR FREE
Calendar, grocery list, chores, meal plan and inviting your family are free. Premium adds an unlimited document vault and Google Calendar sync.
Download Pack Planner, send your family the invite link – and keep the fridge note-free from today.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
