Squain is not another solo tracker or a faceless global ranking. It is built for the small group that actually pushes each other: gym partners, running buddies, teammates, or a group chat finally ready to put the talk to the test.

Go further with a Pro membership:
- Insights: weekly strain trends and your time spent in each heart rate zone.
- Leaderboard history: look back at past weeks and every champion.
- A Pro badge on your profile and the leaderboard.
You can also add a custom leaderboard name color to stand out.
Squain Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Your data stays yours. Export everything or delete your account at any time from settings.
