Recording now lines up with the beat as you play, so a loop stops repeating the same small mistake. The count-in click keeps going through the take, and both can be turned off.
Every chord pad carries a richer set of variants on iPad, with new palettes: Smooth Minor, Cinematic and Noir.
On iPhone the chord keys are noticeably larger.
Chords and strums ring out naturally instead of stopping short.
A new Help screen shows the gestures, including sliding from one chord to the next without lifting your finger.
