DesktopTitle now starts with your Mac, so your desktops are never left unlabeled after a restart. macOS shows its standard notification the first time this update adds the login item; the setting is visible and reversible in the app’s Settings > General and in System Settings > Login Items — and if you turn it off, the app never turns it back on. Also in this update: • A welcome screen for new users, and empty labels now read “Click to name” until you name your first desktop. • The menu shows your free-plan usage at a glance, and the free limit explains itself the first time it applies. • “Restore name” menu: one entry per name, sorted alphabetically. • A second copy of the app now quits safely instead of overwriting your labels. • Small About-window polish.

This update fixes the two most important issues in 1.0: • Labels no longer vanish or swap desktops while you move between Spaces. • Your labels — and the names you gave them — now survive your Mac sleeping and waking, including setups with external monitors. Plus: the label store now cleans up after itself, and general reliability improvements throughout.
