Cut optimization
CutMetryx calculates an optimized cut plan from your cut list, reducing waste and improving material usage.
Two modes for your workflow
Simple mode: Enter stock length and your cut list. CutMetryx calculates how many rods you need and generates the optimal cutting plan.
Advanced mode: Enter up to eight different stock lengths you have in inventory. CutMetryx uses existing material first, then calculates additional material needed. Cuts that cannot be produced from your current stock are clearly highlighted.
Manage cut lists and results
Save, reopen, share, or print all calculated cut plans. The per-rod view is clear and easy to follow.
Visual cut view
For each rod, CutMetryx generates a visual representation of the cuts, which is especially useful on the shop floor.
