Fixed a bug in the Challenge (timer) mode where + was always included.

Removed the halloween themes and reverted back to old background and themes

Changed the themes to halloween for this month

Added skill set levels. 4 levels were added. Also parents can customize the minimum and maximum number limits and over ride the levels too. Revamped the settings screen.

Added iPad Support

- Fixed the Audio volume bug. Now volume for the sounds could be controlled by iPhone/iPad volume controls easily - Added '-' to enter the negative numbers in the "manual" mode

Added a new mode/feature to manually enter the answer rather than selecting from choices. This mode could be chosen from the settings tab. In this mode, kids can either select the "Check" option in the provided keyboard or can touch the answer button once they have entered the answer.
