Genial, y gran servicio técnico
Escribí una valoración anterior diciendo que el programa, pese a funcionar de maravilla en cuanto a reconocimiento de letra y demás, era inestable, y hacia que en ocasiones se cerrara y se perdieran datos.
A las pocas horas de mandarles el comentario al servicio técnico, me contactaron y en tres mensajes me habían solucionado el problema y recuperado todos los datos.
Ahora sí, se merecen las 5 estrellas, porque todas las apps pueden tener algún fallo, pero si hay un servicio técnico tan eficiente como éste detrás, no me importa.

El que mejor convierte la letra manual
El que mejor entiende la letra manual, con diferencia. He probado los más importantes y los que recomienda todo el mundo (Goodnotes, la App de Notas de Apple, etc.), pero ninguno como este. El número de fallos es mínimo, apenas tengo que corregirle nada. Mis dieses. Merece cada céntimo.
Las otras apps están guays si quieres escribir a mano y que se quede a mano, pero si el objetivo es convertir a letra de imprenta esta es la mejor. Todo un hallazgo.

“Tras haber pagado la versión completa, tras una actualización de la versión de la app, me ha dejado de funcionar: al abrir la aplicación en el iPad (donde tengo guardadas todas mis notas) se me cierra automáticamente sin poder utilizarla.”
Después de esta reseña inicial, se pusieron en contacto conmigo en el mismo día y me ayudaron a resolver el problema. Gran servicio técnico.
