Add versions as you build. Record changes using six types — New, Fixed,
Updated, Changed, Removed, and Note — and attach commit hashes or ticket IDs
as references. Set status to Pending, Released, or Cancelled. Every entry is
preserved in a local SQLite database so nothing is ever lost, even if you
change your mind.
