HOW IT WORKS Start a focus session from your menu bar (Mac) or the timer screen (iPhone/iPad). Stroved counts down, transitions to breaks automatically, and tracks everything so you can see exactly where your deep work hours go. Customizable focus intervals from 5 to 90 minutes. Smart short breaks and long breaks. Auto-start or manual transitions between sessions. Full session cycle tracking. MENU BAR & LOCK SCREEN On Mac, Stroved sits in your menu bar with a live countdown — always visible, never in the way. On iPhone, Lock Screen widgets show your current timer status at a glance. A native macOS and iOS experience that uses less than 1% CPU and under 5MB of memory. AUTO-CATEGORIZATION (Mac) On Mac, Stroved detects what you're working on by recognizing the active app. Xcode means Coding. Figma means Design. Pages means Writing. On iPhone and iPad, select your category with one tap before each session. Categories: Coding, Writing, Design, Learning, Meeting, Other. CALENDAR AWARE Grant calendar access and Stroved shows your next meeting directly in the timer view. "Team standup in 47 min — perfect for a 25 min session." Plan your focus around your schedule, not the other way around. DEEP STATISTICS See your focus patterns over days, weeks, and months. Daily session count, total minutes, and active streak.
