How does TaxiQgat work?

Cancelé mi servicio por motivos importantes y sale como cancelado en la aplicación, lo volví a pedir 45 minutos más tarde y me cobraron el precio del taxi cancelado. Un trayecto de 4 minutos me cobraron 16 euros… Un timo!!
No ofrece precio cerrado ni estimado por adelantado
Lo mínimo que se espera de una app de taxis es que indique precio cerrado o estimado por adelantado. No lo ofrece. Tampoco tiempo de espera aproximado antes de pedir el taxi. Al menos se puede elegir taxi ecológico
no es confiable
llevo usando esta aplicación más de 1 mes, usado o querido usar taxis unas 40 veces. El programa da errores, se bloquea y te expulsa. No es confiable y he vuelto a ir a la parada de taxis para conseguir el trayecto.
También, falta mejorar algunos aspectos como la cantidad de clicks necesarios para pedir un taxi, cambiar el botón "cancelar" en seguimiento del taxi pedido por el botón "atrás" (cuando no estás queriendo cancelar nada), los errores de gps cuando se trata de ubicaciones sin número de calle (como en un parque), un lugar donde indicar que hemos encontrado problemas con la app para que os entereis, y quizá la opción de cancelar el transporte cuando ves que te han asignado uno que llegará dentro de 25minutos.
