How does the UNITAXI App work?
1. Download the application for free on your Smartphone or Tablet.
2. Register with your e-mail.
3. Authorize access to your location to be informed at all times of the status of your reservation.
4. Confirm your pick-up point and, if you wish, your destination, so we can inform you of the estimated price of the journey.
5. Make your reservation now, or if you wish, you can book your trip in advance indicating the place, date and time of pick-up.
6. If you are traveling with family or friends and you need a minivan, or you are traveling with a pet, configure it in the service options! We will only send you a taxi that meets your needs.
7. Now with our app you have the opportunity to assess the service received.

SERVICIO FIABLE
No me falla.
La aplicación es cómoda y segura.
La tarifa regulada por taxímetro. Legal.
Y si hay alguna dificultad duda duda siempre te atienden al tf.
Y pagan sus impuestos en España. No como otras empresas-buitre que quieren ser taxi y no llegan ni a triciclo.
NO EXISTE
Llamo a las 23:30 solicitando un taxi en calle de la merced a las 00:10 y me mujer me confirma que está reservado. El taxi no aparece, nadie me llama, y cuando llamo yo no me paran de colgar el teléfono después de una larga espera. Trato de reservar un taxi por la app ya a las 00:30 debido a las lluvias pero no se confirma. Me veo obligado a que mi pareja llame y cuando le contestan a ella dicen que hemos pedido dos taxis y que por tanto no va a venir ningún taxi. Además, dice que no hay taxis y que ninguno nos va a recoger. Seguimos llamando para solicitar un lugar donde poner una reclamación y tras mucha espera nos contesta una mujer que al comentarle nuestra situación decide quedarse en silencio durante 2 minutos para luego colgarnos.
Diría que el servicio es vergonzoso pero no se si realmente existe el servicio de taxis de Unitaxi. El trato al cliente sólo sirve para vacilar al cliente.
