On Upspace, you can follow your favorite health creators, filter & search through their library of activities (content), comment on their activities, save them to your playlists to make your own recipe books or workout programs, discover playlists that others made, and much more.
To discover new creators and activities, you can view the trending charts on the home page (Ex. Top 10 Recipes Today), filter or search for all activities & creators in the discover page, or browse through activities in our TikTok-like feed.
FOR CREATORS
On Instagram, you could get 50 million views per month, and Instagram will pay you $0. On Upspace, creators are getting 5k views a month and making close to $10k/mo.
The reason is that Upspace is built differently. Instagram's business model is ads. This means it wants all its users to get hooked so they can sell more ads. They hardly even share revenue back with the creators.
On the other hand, Upspace has a similar model to Spotify. Consumers subscribe once for one price and get unlimited access to all the artists and all the music. Spotify then pays artists back based on downloads (views). Similarly, for Upspace, consumers subscribe once for unlimited access to all the creators and all their content. Upspace then revenue shares 50-100% back to the creators and pays them based on the views they get.
But Upspace is not just about making money. It is about providing value to your audience and serving the mission to boost the collective health of the human race.
On Upspace, you can build your own library of recipes, workouts, mindfulness, and education, and then organize that library into playlists to create a cookbook, workout program, etc.
Not only can consumers go to your profile directly to discover, filter, and search through your library, but they can also discover you in the Home Page, Discover Page, or TikTok-like Feed, which boosts engagement and therefore views for you.
Traditionally, to make money, health creators create their cookbooks, workout programs, etc. The struggle is that you have to BUILD and MARKET this all by yourself, and the end value is equivalent to just the content you put in it.
On Upspace, you can do the same thing, but it's not just you building and marketing. All other health creators add to the platform, building their own libraries of content making your offering even better to your own audience because now they don't just get you, they also get everyone else too. Likewise, you no longer have to market alone. All the creators are incentivized to market it together, and the more they do, the more users join, the bigger the payout pool grows, and the more exposure you get.
