WBS is a powerful professional tool for organising hierarchical structure and cost calculation of products and projects of any level of complexity.
Work breakdown structure into smaller tasks is a common productivity technique used to make the work more manageable and approachable. The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) app is the tool that utilizes this technique. Work Breakdown Structure as a deliverable oriented hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project team.
Build WBS in decimal outline format. Arranged data in hierarchical tree structure. Each element in the Work Breakdown Structure may be divided into additional sub-elements.
WBS features:
Unlimited projects, elements and levels.
Fold/Unfold. Fold (collapse) a parent element to hide its subelements.
Indent and outdent WBS elements with the swipe left and right gestures.
Product cost calculation. Insert quantity of product per set (quantity per "Father") and cost per unit.
WBS application automatically calculates manufacturing cost of entire project and final cost of each element (cost per batch).
Move selected WBS element with all its descendants to other positions across the project. The product cost will be re-calculated after moving.
Customize the colour of your elements at outline levels.
Search. Find information within the project.
Export and Print. WBS supports the export of the project as a pdf file. Attach it to emails, presentations, or print.
